The Lamar County Library System Board of Trustees meets every other month on the third Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. at the Lamar County Courthouse located at 403 Main Street , Purvis , Mississippi . Sometimes it is necessary to have called meetings, these special meeting times and dates will be posted at the library branches, on the website and at the courthouse. All Library System Board of Trustees Meetings are open to the public.
