Interlibrary Loan
Can't find what you are looking for? Ask one of our staff members to help you make an Interlibrary Loan Request. Our library loans to, and can loan from, hundreds of libraries around the United States. If you would like to give it a try yourself, follow these steps:
 
  1. Check the Lamar County Library System website to be sure that we do not  own the item.
  2. Visit the MAGNOLIA site by clicking on the icon below. If in the library, you may enter by clicking on the name of your library from the list.
  3. If you are attempting to log in from a home computer, call your library for the access code information.
  4. Once on the MAGNOLIA database list page, scroll down and click on OCLC under the 'Dababases by Provider" heading.
  5. Once in OCLC, click on the First Search WorldCat link.
  6. Search for the item you are interested in.
  7. If you locate a record for the item, click on the "ILL" button in the top right area of the detailed record page.
  8. Fill in your information and click submit.
